This is the Privacy Policy of the broker, Northway Broker Limited trading as Payday Mate, and the lender under the loan agreement, Northway Financial Corporation Limited.

Northway Group complies with the National Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the “Privacy Act”).

Your privacy and security is of the utmost importance to us. The information you provide is stored within our secure systems.

Use and Disclosure of YOUR INFORMATION

We will keep information about you and the conduct of your loan on our [Group] database. (Any company in our Group with which you have an agreement or which receives an application from you may use and update this centrally held information for the purposes of such agreement and application, to help establish your identity and to recover amounts owing.) We will use your information to manage your account, including taking decisions regarding your identity and whether to make further credit available to you, to undertake periodic statistical analysis or testing to ensure the accuracy of existing and future products and services.

We will use and disclose personal information we hold about you for the main purpose for which we have collected the information. We will also use and disclose the personal information for a secondary purpose related to that main purpose where the individual would reasonably expect us to do so. Otherwise, we will keep personal information confidential unless:

• you agree - this can be express agreement (for example, where you sign a form or click on a button electronically); or
• implied agreement (where your conduct suggests you agree or you do not inform us that you do not agree when we offer you that opportunity); or
